The massage with use of essential oils. Essential oils are produced from various plants. Due to its small molecular weight, essential oils quickly penetrate the skin. Correctly selected oil helps to remove fatigue, overwork, helps with depression and insomnia, improves blood circulation and metabolism, strengthens the immune system.
For example, cedar oil is used to rejuvenate the skin. People suffering from insomnia and exposed to stress, are recommended oils of lavender, ylang-ylang, chamomile, peppermint, rosemary, thyme, cloves. For weight loss, oils of orange, mandarin, anise and juniper are used. To increase stamina, oils of rosemary, cinnamon, sage, geranium, bergamot, patchouli (in a small amount) will do.
The tremendous benefit of essential oils is that after a massage they continue to improve the body for several hours. Therefore, it is advisable to take a shower before a massage, and drink more water afterwards.
